- Pianova digital pianos are manufactured by Hailun Piano Co., Ltd., with specifications subject to change.
Pricing
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Prices exclude taxes, duties, white‑glove fees, and other surcharges unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct pricing or content errors on the site or orders (including after submission) with notice and the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.
Availability
- All products are subject to availability; if out of stock after order placement, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a substitution (if available) or a full refund.
5. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
- Placing an order does not constitute acceptance; we may refuse or cancel due to unavailability, errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
- We may limit quantities per customer and request additional verification.
- An order is accepted only when an order confirmation email is sent.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at purchase; accepted methods appear at checkout and are processed via Shopify Payments or authorized processors.
- By providing payment details, you authorize charges for product, shipping, taxes, and applicable fees.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the destination and applicable state/local rules and is shown at checkout before completion.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy and are incorporated here.
- We ship to the contiguous U.S.; adult signature (21+) is required due to product value.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or address problems.
- Risk of loss and title transfer: for Standard Ground (freight/parcel) shipments, risk passes when the carrier takes possession; for White‑Glove or destination delivery, risk passes upon tender at the delivery address.
- We comply with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule regarding shipping promises, delay notices, consent for delays, or prompt refunds when we cannot ship as promised.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which controls in case of any inconsistency with these Terms.
- Standard window: 30 days from delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- RMA required: contact support for a Return Merchandise Authorization; shipments without RMA may be refused.
- Fees and costs: a 15% restocking fee applies to accepted returns; customer pays return shipping for standard returns; original shipping is non‑refundable except for our error.
- Defects and shipping damage are handled under Warranty or carrier claims per the Refund and Shipping policies.
8. Warranty & Liability
Limited Warranty
Pianova digital pianos sold in the U.S. are covered by a limited 3‑year warranty provided by Vienna International, Inc. dba HAILUN USA to the original purchaser, with service by authorized centers and Return Authorization requirements as detailed on our Warranty Information page.
- Coverage: parts and labor for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three years.
- Process: contact Pianova Support for troubleshooting and RA; customer pays inbound shipping; approved warranty repairs include paid return shipping within the U.S.
- Exclusions: misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear are not covered.
Disclaimers
- To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty; some states do not allow limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
- Except as expressly provided, the services are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
- No liability for third‑party acts (carriers, payment processors), website downtime, unauthorized account access, or events beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video, software/code/design) and trademarks including “Pianova” and “Hailun” are owned by Vienna International, Inc. dba HAILUN USA, Hailun Piano Co., Ltd., or licensors.
Prohibited Uses
- No copying, distribution, public display, or derivative works without written permission.
- No use of trademarks or logos without authorization.
- No scraping or automated harvesting beyond robots.txt or explicit permission; no reverse engineering of site functionality.

- Unauthorized access attempts, security interference, malware transmission, or service disruption.
- Impersonation, fraudulent orders, use of stolen payment information, or unauthorized resale.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Washington, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
Arbitration (Optional)
If enabled by Pianova: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with a small‑claims court option, individual‑only (no class actions), and fee allocation per applicable AAA rules.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via notice on the site or email when appropriate.
16. Severability
If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Warranty Information constitute the entire agreement for your use of the site and purchases. For subject‑matter conflicts, the specific policy controls (e.g., Refund Policy governs returns).
